The aYmab Mission, a UK-registered charity (No. 1198061), is dedicated to empowering marginalised and vulnerable communities. We focus on promoting social and economic progress, education, poverty alleviation, and healthcare through innovative solutions in the education, entrepreneurship, and healthcare sectors. By actively collaborating with local stakeholders, we leverage community strengths to create inclusive, prosperous societies. Our commitment extends to crisis assistance, implementing dynamic programmes that create enduring impacts.  The aYmab Mission believes in community-driven change, working to break cycles of poverty and inequality. Through supporting education, mentoring and providing assistance to entrepreneurs, and improved healthcare access, we strive to empower individuals and transform communities. Our goal is to build a future of equal opportunities for all. Importantly, 100% of donations go directly to beneficiaries, maximizing our impact. Dr. Ayshan M. Abdullah

Founder/ Trustee

Dr. Ayshan M. Abdullah, the distinguished CEO of the London Trading Index, is a strategic thinker with a deep passion for improving both the corporate world and society as a whole. Dr. Abdullah has effectively merged his expertise in finance and technology with his passion for empowering marginalized communities. He has a good educational background and a heart for philanthropy.

Dr. Abdullah's philanthropic efforts are highly commendable. He has strongly supported programs to promote and assist neglected and vulnerable communities as the founder of the aYmab mission. This non-profit organization aims to promote social and economic progress and provide assistance in times of crisis by working diligently through numerous dynamic programs and initiatives.

Dr. Abdullah holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the prestigious University of East Anglia, which sharpened his analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science in E-commerce and Technology from the University of East London, equipping him with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and its influence on the business world. Furthermore, his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Technology from the University of Greenwich demonstrates his adaptability in incorporating financial knowledge with technological advancements

Mr. Sadham Dhikan Zarjahan

Executive Director

Sadham Dhikran Zarjahan, who serves in multiple charities and international NGOs including serving as Chief Executive Officer of the International Youth Council (IYC), is a distinguished young professional with extensive experience in the development sector. Known as the Youngest Diplomat, Mr. Zarjahan has pioneered the integration of youth-led organizations, international non-governmental organizations, development partners, government bodies, private institutions, and celebrities through the IYC's innovative strategic plan. He holds a Master's degree in International Organisation Management from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton. Mr. Zarjahan's academic background, coupled with his unwavering commitment to youth advocacy, has positioned him as a leading figure in international development.

Mr Zarjahan's career is marked by a series of notable achievements and appointments. In 2012, he established the IYC chapter in Sri Lanka, and he now oversees IYC branches across all United Nations member countries as CEO. His tenure as First Vice Chairperson for Partnerships and Resources of the Commonwealth Youth Council saw the implementation of numerous youth-led programmes aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and Commonwealth Charter. In 2018, he joined the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance SME trade competitiveness and developed Sri Lanka's inaugural Food Traceability System, utilising artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.

Alongside his international development work, Mr Zarjahan serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zara Group LCC, a family enterprise specialising in B2B Trade Support Services, Education Consultancy, Textiles, Women's Sportswear, and Real Estate, with operations spanning the United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka. Mr. Zarjahan's exceptional proficiency in industrial engineering, youth advocacy, public-private partnerships, and transformative leadership has garnered him widespread recognition and esteem within the spheres of youth development and international relations.

International Youth Council (IYC)

The International Youth Council (IYC) is a non-governmental organisation founded at the Youth Assembly at the United Nations in 2007 having special consultative status at the UN ECOSOC. The IYC aims to bring young people together from all walks of life, regardless of religion, colour, or gender, to speak up for the benefit of mankind.  IYC fosters an environment where young people's voices are heard, appreciated, and acted upon by being a global platform for Inclusive and Sustainable Youth Development.
