The International Youth Council (IYC) is a non-governmental organisation established during the Youth Assembly at the United Nations in 2007, holding special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC. The IYC unites young people from diverse backgrounds and empowers them to speak up for the benefit of humanity. The organisation fosters an environment where young people’s voices are heard, valued, and acted upon, providing a global platform for Inclusive and Sustainable Youth Development.
